| 摘 要： | 目的：观察Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病的疗效、影响因素及副反应。方法：使用Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病患者5000例，浅表性色素损害雀斑、咖啡斑和老年斑采用Q532nm波长，太田痣和文身采用Q1064nm波长。结果：本组患者经1～6次治疗，总有效率达96．14％，术后出现暂时性色素沉着269例（5．38％），无瘢痕发生。结论：Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病疗效较好，安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects and side-effect of the pigmented dermatosis treated by Q-switched Nd：YAG laser. Methods 5 000 cases were treated with multi-wavelength high energy pulse laser.The superficial lesions of pigmented dermatosis were treated with wavelength of 532nm such as freckle,cafe-au-lait spots and verruca senilis while the nevus of ota and tattoos were treated with wavelength of 1064nm. Results The results showed that the effective rate were 96.14% （4807/5000）respectively after 1-6 times treatments.269 cases （5.38%） appeared pigmented disorder temporary after treatment and no scar formation, Conclusion The multi-wavelength high energy pulse laser has been proven to be effective and safe in the treatment of pigmented dermatosis. |
