| 摘 要： | 目的介绍南美洲圭亚那(Guyana,South Am erica)乔治敦市居民肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法1%卢戈碘液染色直接涂片检查。结果5 200例患者粪便寄生虫感染率6.54%,常见寄生虫感染:钩虫2.33%(121/5 200);蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫1.65%(86/5 200);蛔虫0.75%(39/5 200);鞭虫0.69%(36/5 200);溶组织阿米巴0.42%(22/5 200)。结论乔治敦地区居民中肠道寄生虫感染率较高。
