| 摘 要： | 目的观察香菇多糖(LNT)白细胞介素-2(IL-2)治疗恶性胸水的疗效、不良反应。方法42例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,A组腔内注射LNT,B组腔内注射IL-2,近期疗效进行比较。结果A组有效率(CR+PR)66.67%,B组有效率(CR+PR)71.42%(P>0.05)。结论生物免疫制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效较高,不良反应较轻,可明显改善患者生活质量。
