| 摘 要： | 目的：研究ＣＤ１５、ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＰＣＮＡ和组织蛋白酶Ｄ（ｃａｔｈｅｐｓｉｎ Ｄ，Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ）表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系。以及ＣＤ１５表达与与ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＰＣＮＡ和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达的相互关系。结果：在食管癌中Ｃ有５、ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＰＣＮＡ和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达阳性率分别为５８．５％、５０．８％、６９．２％和６４．６％。ＣＤ１５、ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＰＣＮＡ和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the association of CD15 antigen expression with C erbB 2 protein,PCNA and cathepsin D(Cath D)in esophageal carcinoma Method:Microwave SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of CD15 antigen, C erbB 2 protein, PCNA and Cath D in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma Results:The positive rates of CD15 antigen, C erbB 2 protein, PCNA and Cath D were 58 5%, 50 8%, 62 9%and 64 6%respectively The expression of CD15 antigen, C erbB 2 protein, PCNA and Cath D were correlated with tumor grade,infiltration,lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis CD15 antigen expression was positively correlated with the expression of C erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D(r=0 42,r=0 45,P< 0 001) Conclusions:CD15 antigen ,C erbB 2 protein ,PCNA and Cath D expression are useful markers for determination of malignacy, poor prognosis, and lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma There might be regulated interactively among CD15 antigen,C erbB 2 protein, PCNA and Cath D |
