卵巢癌抗原CA125检测的临床价值

应用Ｅｌｉｓａ检测了１９９６年３月至１９９７年３月间本院妇科就诊患者及体检者３５６例血清中ＣＡ１２５抗原，其中卵巢癌６９例，其它癌５４例，卵巢癌术后５４例，妇科良性肿瘤５２例，其它妇科疾病３５例及正常体检者９２例。结果显示：６９例卵巢癌其ＣＡ１２５抗原检出率为８９８％（６２／６９），３５６例被测血清灵敏度测定为７６４％，特异性为８２８％，准确率达８０６％。结果提示：ＣＡ１２５抗原测定对卵巢癌的早期诊断和疗效观察有一定临床价值。

The clinical value of the quantitative measurement of ovarian cancer antigen CA125 in human serum

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa) was used to measure CA125 antigen concentration in serum.A panel of 356 blinded serum samples from six groups of people:69 cases with ovarian cancer,54 post-operation of ovarian cancer,54 other cancer,52 benign tumor,35 other's gynecological diseases and 92 normal individuals were examined.The results indicate that CA125 positive rate of ovarian cancer was 89 8%(62/69).The assay of 356 samples had a sensitivity of 76 4% and a specificity of 82 8%,for an overall accuracy of 80 6%.The paper pointed out that CA125 assay may be significantly for dignosing early stage ovarian cancer and observing the curative effect of patients.
