摘    要:目的:研究高原环境下大鼠液压脑损伤后微循环的改变及vWF表达并探讨其意义。方法:成年健康SD雄性大鼠100只,以侧位液压冲击法建立平原和高原环境下大鼠脑损伤模型,应用光镜、墨汁灌注、ELISA方法,观察大鼠脑损伤后不同时间点脑微血管变化及vWF表达。结果:高原组外伤后脑水肿较平原组出现时间早,且同一时相有差异,高原组毛细血管损伤更严重。血清中vWF含量均明显增加,24h达顶峰。结论:高原环境下可加重颅脑损伤后微循环的破坏,引起早期脑缺氧、缺血。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of cerebral microcirculation and expression of vWF after lateral fluid percussion brain injury in the rats at high altitude.Methods: One hundred male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group and post-trauma group.Lateral fluid percussion brain injury model were reproduced at high altitude and plain to produce acute brain injury in rats.Using optical microscopy,ink irrigation and ELISA assay,the changes of microcirculation and serum vWF expression after brain injury were observed at various time points.Results: The differences between high-altitude group and plain injury group were highly significant.The serum vWF level in wounded group was significantly elevated compared with that in control group,reached the peak in 24 h subgroup.Conclusion: Changes of brain microcirculation results in early ischemia and oxygen deficit of brain after cerebral microvascular injury at high altitude.
