| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患胰岛素样生长因子－1（IGF－1）的血清水平，判断其与HCM心室肌肥厚的关系。方法：对15例家族性HCM患进行超声心动图检查，测算其左室重量指数，用放射免疫法测定其血清中IGF－1浓度。取高血压合并左室肥厚、单纯性高血压及正常人作为对照，比较4组之间血清高于正常人及不伴左室肥厚的高血压患。左室重量指数与血清IGF－1相关（r＝0。8169，P＜0．01）。结论：IGF－1可能参与了HCM心肌肥厚的发生发展过程。

| Abstract: | Objective :Observe the changes of serum insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) patients to found the relation of IGF-1 and the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)of HCM.Methods:Fifteen HCM patients,twenty-eight essential hypertension patients with LVH,thirty-one essential hypertension patients without LVH and seventeen normal subjects were studied using echocardiogrophy to determined the left ventricular mass index (LVMI).The serum IGF-1 was measured by radiomenoassay.Compare the IGF-1 of the subjects.Result:The serum IGF-1 in the HCM and essential hypertension with LVH were increased than the normal subjects group.There was a positive correlation between the serum IGF-1 and LVMI.Conclusion:the increased serum IGF-1 may be involved in the occurance and development of HCM associated LVH. |
