IFN治疗慢乙肝前中后血清IL-4、IL-18水平变化的研究

目的了解慢乙肝患者应用IFN治疗前中后血清IL-4、IL-18间的关系，探讨IFN与它们的关系及它们在乙肝慢性化过程中的意义。方法用双抗体夹心ELISA法，对64例慢乙肝患者在应用IFN治疗前、治疗2个月、6个月分别进行血清IL-4、IL-18检测，并同时检测ALT、AST等生化学指标，设正常健康人40例作为对照组。结果慢乙肝患者IL-18水平在应用IFN治疗前、治疗2个月、6个月均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗前、治疗2个月显著高于治疗6个月（P〈0．01）。IL-4水平在应用IFN治疗前、治疗2个月明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗6个月与正常对照组无明显差别（P〉0．05）。在应用IFN治疗前、治疗2个月，IL-4、IL-18与ALT成正相关，统计学有意义，治疗6个月IL-18与ALT成正相关，但治疗6个月IL-4与ALT无相关系性。结论表明IL-4、IL-18在肝脏的免疫损害中具有重要作用，IL-4与IL-18在乙肝慢性化过程中的关系值得深入研究。

The study on the change of serum levels of IL-4 and IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis B after being treated by IFN

Objective To research for the relationship between IL-4and IL-18 in the course of chronic hepatitis B treated by IFN and so as to study its significance in the course of chronic hepatitis B. Methods The serum levels of IL-4L and 1-18 was determined by double antibody sandwith ELISA. 64 case of patients with chronic hepatitis B were tested before treating, after treated 2 months and 6 months. Meanwhile, the levels of ALT, AST were determined by ELISA. 40 healthy cases served as controls. Results Those levels of IL-4and IL- 18 after treating 2 months were higher than those before treating and after treated 6 months（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. In the course of the treatment the patients the serum IL-4 levels were positively correlated with those of IL-18 and IL-18 levels were positively correlated with those of ALT. After treating 6 months the IL-4 levels were not correlated with those of ALT. Conclusion IL-4and IL-18 are an important role to liver injury in the course of antiviral immunity. The relation between IL-4 and IL-18 is worth further researching.
