彩色多普勒超声引导下注射凝血酶并加压治疗股动脉穿刺后假性动脉瘤

目的:探讨超声引导下瘤腔内注射凝血酶并加压治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤的疗效和安全性。方法:7例股动脉穿刺后并发假性动脉瘤患者,在超声引导下进行瘤腔内注射凝血酶并加压治疗。结果:6例注射凝血酶剂量300-500 U,压迫时间3-8 min,一次性栓塞成功;仅1例进行二次封堵术,栓塞治疗成功。结论:超声引导下瘤腔注射凝血酶并加压治疗方法相比传统的单纯超声引导下按压治疗简单,安全,成功率高,可作为穿刺术后假性动脉瘤的首选治疗方法。凝血酶注射剂量和注射后按压时间是减少并发症和保证疗效的重要因素。

Injection of Thrombin plus Compression in the Treatment of Femoral Artery Post-Puncture Pseudo Aneurysm Under Ultrasonic Guidance

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the injection of thrombin and compression in treatment of artery pseudo aneurysm under ultrasonic guidance.Methods: Seven cases of femoral artery postpuncture pseudo aneurysm were underwent embolization under color Doppler ultrasound.Results: Aneurysms were successful occluded in 6 cases with once injection of thrombin for 300-500 U and pressing for 3-8 minutes.Only one case received another embolization and succeeded.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional simple ultrasound-guided under pressure treatment,this method is simpler and safer,and the success rate is higher.It can be used as the first choice for the treatment of pseudo aneurysm after puncture.Dose of thrombin and pressing time for the injection are very important factors to avoid complications and guarantee the results.
