| 摘 要： | 目的总结结肠癌手术治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月—2010年12月我院行手术治疗的36例结肠癌患者的围术期护理情况。结果 36例结肠癌患者经积极治疗和精心护理,除1例因造瘘口感染出院时未痊愈外,余均治愈出院,无围术期死亡病例,住院19 d-32 d,平均26.5 d。结论对结肠癌患者实施精心的护理和心理疏导,可以顺利完成手术,术后化疗能显著改善结肠癌患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective Summarize the nursing methods of surgical treatment of colon cancer. Methods January 2006 to December 2010,36 cases of surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer clinical material and nursing methods are summarized. Results In 19 d-32 d,the average 26.5 d. There was no operation death case,besides I example because the infection of stoma was still not recovered, the rest were discharged. Conclusion For colon cancer patients care and psychological counseling, can complete the operation task;Postoperative chemotherapy can improve the prognosis of patients with colon cancer. |
