孕32周胎膜早破产妇27例成功护理体会

目的总结孕32周胎膜早破产妇的护理经验。方法 27例孕32周胎膜早破患者入院后均予以头低足高位,并长期严格卧床休息,予以硫酸镁保胎治疗,地塞米松促进胎肺成熟,常规预防性抗感染治疗,加强宣教及心理护理,做好各项监测与操作,动态观察病情变化。结果 27例患者均成功保胎至36+5周以后,B超证实胎儿已经成熟,顺利阴道分娩。患者及新生儿均恢复良好,满意出院。结论做好孕32周胎膜早破患者的护理十分重要,加强宣教及心理护理,严密监测与操作,注意长期卧床相关护理,避免并发症,指导分娩,多能获得良好结局。
