| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑出血患者的临床护理和健康教育方法。方法对2010年1月—12月住院治疗的46例脑出血患者实施针对性护理措施,并进行康复训练和健康指导。结果 46例患者显著好转12例,好转20例,进步4例,10例未愈出院;住院12 d-32 d,平均22 d。结论脑出血患者采取针对性的护理措施,预防脑疝、肺部感染、颅内再出血等并发症的发生,对患者进行康复训练和健康指导,能有效提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore cerebral hemorrhage patients clinical nursing experience and psychological counseling method. Methods January 2010 to December hospitalization cerebral hemorrhage patients 46 cases of clinical nursing methods and psychological counseling method were retrospectively summarized. Results Marked improvement in 12 cases, improved 20 cases, there is progress 4 cases, 10 cases recovered discharge. Hospital 12-32 d, an average of 22 d. Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage patients take pertinent nursing measures to prevent brain hernia, and pulmonary infection,intracranial bleeding complications such as again, carried out on the patient rehabilitation training and health guidance, can improve the quality of life of patients. |
