细叶卷柏的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究细叶卷柏Selaginellalabordei的化学成分。方法利用DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物的结构:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),丁香脂素(Ⅱ),扁柏双黄酮(Ⅲ),阿曼托双黄酮(Ⅳ),阿魏酸(Ⅴ),咖啡酸(Ⅵ),腺苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemicalconstimentsfrom Selaginellalabordei. Methods The compoundswereisolated with DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40, silica gel columnchromatography. The structures of these compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis .Results seven compounds wereisolatedfrom the 50% acetone-extracts, and the irstructureswereidentifiedas β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),sygringaresinol(Ⅱ),hinokiflavone(Ⅲ),amentoflavone(Ⅳ),ferulicacid(Ⅴ),caffeicacid(Ⅵ),adenosine(Ⅶ).Conclusion ompoundsⅡ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶwereisolated from this plant for the first time.
