| 摘 要： | 目的研究细叶卷柏Selaginellalabordei的化学成分。方法利用DiaionHP-20，ToyopearlHW-40，硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物的结构：β-谷甾醇（Ⅰ），丁香脂素（Ⅱ），扁柏双黄酮（Ⅲ），阿曼托双黄酮（Ⅳ），阿魏酸（Ⅴ），咖啡酸（Ⅵ），腺苷（Ⅶ）。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemicalconstimentsfrom Selaginellalabordei. Methods The compoundswereisolated with DiaionHP-20,ToyopearlHW-40, silica gel columnchromatography. The structures of these compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis .Results seven compounds wereisolatedfrom the 50% acetone-extracts, and the irstructureswereidentifiedas β-sitosterol（Ⅰ）,sygringaresinol（Ⅱ）,hinokiflavone（Ⅲ）,amentoflavone（Ⅳ）,ferulicacid（Ⅴ）,caffeicacid（Ⅵ）,adenosine（Ⅶ）.Conclusion ompoundsⅡ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶwereisolated from this plant for the first time. |
