| 摘 要： | 在110例人心(成人70,儿童40)上,观察了冠状窦口及冠状窦瓣、室间隔膜部、Todaro腱、三尖瓣隔瓣附着缘的形态特点,并对它们的长、宽及直径进行了测量.三角的三个尖各有不同结构占据,前上角为房室结,顶角有冠状窦和心最小静脉开口,后下角深面为冠状动脉U袢.并就上述特点结合临床进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The Koch's triangle of 110 human hearts (adults 70,children 40)has been observed and measured. The morphological features of the opening and valve of the coronary sinus,membranous part of the interventricular septum, Todaro's tendon and attachment of the septal cusp of tricuspid valve were observed,and their length,width were measured.Different angles of the trigon are occupied by different structures respectively. The atrioventricular node is in the anterior superior angle,the openings of the coronary sinus and smallest veins are in the upper angle,and deep to the inferior angle,there is the coronary artery. Their clinical significance has been discussed. |
