2004~2007年防城港市法定传染病疫情分析

摘    要:[目的]了解防城港市实行网络直报以来传染病发病特征和流行趋势,为总结防制经验、及时调整防制对策提供依据。[方法]对2004~2007年防城港市传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2004~2007年合计报告传染病19种、18 200例,死亡97例,年均发病率为574.85/10万,病死率为0.53%。其中,2004年发病4959例,发病率为625.48/10万;2005年发病3 929例,发病率为494.03/10万;2006年发病4588例,发病率为585.49/10万;2007年发病4 724例,发病率为594.73/10万。年均发病率居前5位的是肺结核(213.64/10万)、病毒性肝炎(123.41/10万)、梅毒(82.53/10万)、其他感染性腹泻(47.06/10万)、淋病(32.53/10万)。[结论]防城港市传染病防治工作形势仍十分严峻,重点防治的是呼吸道传染病和血源及性传播疾病。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the prevalence and characteristic of infectious diseases after the implementation of direct network report,provide scientific basis for summing up experience and revising control and prevention strategies.[Methods]Epidemic data of infectious diseases from 2004 to 2007 in Fangchenggang were analyzed.[Results]19 kinds of infectious diseases were reported from 2004 to 2007 involving 18 200 cases,97 cases died.The average yearly morbidity was 574.85/100 000.Death fatality rate was 0.53%.4 959 cases were reported in 2004 with the morbidity rate of 625.48/100 000,3 929 cases were reported in 2005 with the morbidity rate of 494.03/100 000,4 588 cases were reported in 2006 with the morbidity rate of 585.49/100 000 and 4 724 cases were reported in 2007 with the morbidity rate of 594.73/100 000.The first 5 diseases among the highest average yearly morbidity were TB(213.64/100 000),viral hepatitis(123.41/100 000),syphilis(82.53/100 000),other infectious diarrhea(47.06/100 000) and gonorrhea(32.53/100 000).[Conclusion]More attention must be paid to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the city with the key infectious diseases of respiratory tract,blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases.
