| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后早期T波倒置与闭塞冠状动脉再通的关系。方法回顾性分析我院内科2005年3月到2010年6月69例急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗后早期T波倒置的病例资料。结果溶栓后T波倒置46例,其中40例出现在闭塞冠状动脉再通的患者心电图中,而且闭塞冠状动脉再通患者T波倒置伴随ST段回降快,心肌酶峰时间明显提前。结论早期T波倒置与判定闭塞冠状动脉再通的四个无创临床检测指标具有极高的相关性和一致性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore relationship of early T wave inversion and coronary artery occlusion reascularization on acute myocardial infarction after intraenous thrombolysis.Methods A retrospective study was analyzed from March2005 to June2010 69cases of acute myocardial infarction fibrinolytic therapy early after T wave inverted case material.Results After thrombolysis T wave inversion 46 cases,40 cases appeared in out-of-the-way coronary reascularization,and electrocardiogram in patients with coronary artery occlusion reascularization patients T wave inverted accompany st-segment back to drop quickly,myocardial enzymes peak time significantly in advance.Conclusion Early T wave inversion and determinant out-of-the-way coronary reascularization four noninvasive clinical examination indexes have high correlation and consistency. |
