| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气管隆突支气管成形术的手术方式和效果。方法对33例气管隆突支气管肿瘤和8例气管支气管外伤均采用了成形术,其中全隆突或部分隆突成形5例,支气管袖状成形21例,气管支气管成形15例。结果本组无手术死亡,其中1例外伤患者术后发生吻合口狭窄;1例右肺上叶袖状切除加上腔静脉置换患者术后3个月死于骨转移,其余29例恶性肿瘤患者术后1、3、5年存活率分别为86.2%（25/29）、55.2%（16/29）、37.9%（11/29）。结论气管隆突支气管成形术可用于气管隆突支气管肿瘤或外伤患者,能达到既切除病灶,修复损伤,又保留正常肺组织,延长患者存活时间,提高术后生活质量的目的。手术成功的关键在于术式的选择、吻合或缝合技术、麻醉及术后处理。
