溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中TIPE2表达的研究

目的：探讨肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8样因子2（TIPE2）在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达及意义。方法：1）采用免疫组织化学SP法检测TIPE2在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达,并分析TIPE2的表达与溃疡性结肠炎发生、发展的关系;2）采用RT-PCR检测TIPE2 mRNA在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达。结果：1）TIPE2蛋白在溃疡性结肠炎（42.5%）中较正常结肠组织（17.1%）表达增强,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.645,P〈0.05）。TIPE2在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达与患者的年龄、性别、病变分布范围无关,与病变分期有关,活动期较缓解期患者阳性率高（P〈0.05）。2）RT-PCR结果显示TIPE2 mRNA在溃疡性结肠炎的含量较正常结肠组织高（P〈0.05）。结论：TIPE2参与了溃疡性结肠炎的发生、发展。

Expression of TIPE2 in colonic mucosa of patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective： To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor α induced protein-8 like-2（TIPE2） in patients with ulcerative colitis（UC） and their relationship with clinicopathology.Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TIPE2 in UC specimens and normal colonic tissues.RT-PCR was used to observe the expression of TIPE2 in UC specimens and normal colonic tissues.Results： The expression of TIPE2 protein in UC patients（42.5%） was higher that in the normal colonic tissues（17.1%,P0.05）.The expression of TIPE2 was not related with patients＇ gender,age,but related with the stage of disease（P0.05）.2）By RT-PCR method,the expression of TIPE2 mRNA in UC specimens was significantly higher than that in normal colonic tissues（P0.05）.Conclusions： The expression of TIPE2 may be involved in the progression and development of ulcerative colitis.
