| 摘 要： | 目的了解泌尿外科患者医院感染的病原菌分布及其耐药性,为合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查和药敏试验方法,对本医院泌尿外科2009年度出院患者临床资料进行了调查和分析。结果该医院2009年度泌尿外科共出院患者2 786例,发生医院感染62人次,感染率发病率为2.2%。在感染病人中,泌尿道感染占42.11%,有41.9%的感染发生在泌尿道术后插管。呼吸道感染占32.3%,手术切口感染占12.9%。从62例感染病人标本中共分离出感染细菌278株,以大肠埃希菌(占18.35%)和D群屎肠球菌(占14.39%)为主。此两类菌群对临床常用抗生素多数耐药,部分耐药率达到70%以上。结论该医院泌尿外科病人医院感染以泌尿道感染为主,其次是呼吸道感染,感染菌以肠道菌群为主,多数菌株耐药。
