摘    要:目的 ]探讨妊娠母亲分娩时的脐血与妊娠母亲血脂类水平之间的关系 .方法 ]同时测定 172例妊娠母亲和脐血血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白 .结果 ]妊娠母亲的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白显著高于脐血的 ,男女婴脐血血脂水平之间无差别 .男女婴脐血甘油三酯与母亲的相关血脂呈正相关 .结论 ]脐血血脂水平明显低于母亲血脂水平 ,因此胎儿娩出后及时给新生儿补充脂类物质是必要的 ,母乳喂养是最佳的补充方式

Analysis of blood lipids level in between pregant women and umbilical cord blood
Abstract:OBJECTIVETo evaluate blood lipids level in between umbilical cord blood of infants and pregnant women. METHODSIt was detected in 172 cases of infants and pregnant women at the same time that the content of serum cholesterol, triglycerides(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL).RESULTSCholesterol, TG, LDL, HDL in pregnant women were significantly higher than that in umbilical cord blood. Blood TG level of umbilical cord blood infants had positive correlation with one of parent.CONCLUSIONAll lipids level in pregant women were higher than that in umbilical cord blood. It's necessary for the newborns to be provided with lipidic food at once after birth, and breast milk is the best way of providing lipidic food for the newborn infants.
