整形外科技术在复杂性耳前瘘管切除术中的应用

 目的  应用整形外科学原则和技术治疗复杂性耳前瘘管。方法  回顾分析42例复杂性耳前瘘管患者的临床资料。根据临床特点及患者病情分为三型并采用不同切口设计进行手术。术中应用整形外科原则和技术处理,包括采用面部美容切口技术,整体设计原则、无菌原则、微创原则等。结果  所有患者术后随访6~12个月,手术效果满意,未发生血肿、皮瓣坏死等并发症41例患者一期愈合,仅1例术后感染,经换药后延期愈合。患者切口瘢痕不明显,无组织变形和复发病例。结论  将整形外科学原则和技术应用于复杂性耳前瘘管切除术中可以取得较好疗效,提高患者满意度。

Application of plastic surgery techniques in complex congenital preauricular fistula

Objective  To apply the principles and techniques of plastic surgery to treat complex congenital preauricular fistula.Methods  Clinical data of 42 cases were reviewed retrospectively.Different incisions were designed and right operation methods were chosen according to different clinical situations of the cases. The principles and techniques of plastic surgery were used during the operation,including giving consideration to both entirety and locality,using aseptic technique and minimizing operative injury to tissue.Results  All the patients recovered satisfactorily from resection without recurrence during the follow up of 6-12 months.The incision of 41 cases were primary healing.There were no complications such as hematoma and flap necrosis except 1 case of infection.There was no obvious scar formative or tissue deformation.Conclusions  It is a satisfactory and effective method to applying the principles and techniques of plastic surgery in guiding the clinical practice of treating congenital preauricular fistula.
