同种异体睾丸移植治疗男性性功能低减

作者从１９８６年８月至今为１１例病人作了“同种异体宰丸移植”，其中８例为先天性睾丸发育不良，３例为睾丸炎致睾丸萎缩。术前为小阴茎、小睾丸，性功能低下，副性征不明显，血睾酮均低（在１．７～７．３５ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。尸体供睾３例，亲属供睾８例。术后随访４年，血睾酮升至正常水平（１２．８～１８．２ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ），副性征和性功能有显著改善，３例发现精液中有精子。已婚的５例病人均能进行正常性生活，未婚的６例中３例术后已结婚，性生活正常。

HOMOTRANSPLANTATION OF TESTIS

Testis homotransplantation has been carried out in 11 patients sxince 1986. Ofthem,8 suffered from congenital testicular dysplasia and the other 3 from orchiatrophy as aresult of orchitis. Preoperatively,manifestations were a small penis,small testes,sexual dys-function,indistinct secondary sex characteristics and low serum testosterone(1.7～ 7.35nmol/L).Three cases had cadaver transplants and 8 had living relatives′transplants. Thepatients were followed up for 7 monthes to 4 years. The secondary sex characteristics andsexual function were improved remarkably after transplantation. Serum testosterone in-creased up to 12.3～18.2 nmo/L.All of 5 married patients resumed sexual intercourse satis-factorily.Three others got married after transplantation and have enjoyed normal sexualfunctions.Spermatozoa have been found in the semen in 3 of the cases.
