1,6—二磷酸果糖对心肌血/再灌注损伤保护作用的临床研究

摘    要:将20例简单室间隔缺损行体外循环手术病例均分为两组。实验组在体外循环预充液中一次性加入1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)200mg·kg^-1,对照组不加。于主动脉插管时,开放主动脉后30min,6h及24h抽桡动脉血测定血清乳酸脱氢酶,磷酸肌酸激酶和磷酸肌酸激酶心脏同功酶水平。结果表示,FDP能降低体外循环术后乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶和磷酸肌酸激酶心脏同功酶的上升幅度,提示FDP可减轻体外循环心肌缺血

Abstract:Twenty ventricular septal defect patients who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were divided into 1,6-diphosphate group and controlled group (10 cases each). Blood samples were taken at pre- and post-cardiopulmonary bypass 30 min, 6 h, and 24 h to determine lactate dehydrogenase enzyme(LDH), creatine kinase enzyme(CK) and its isoenzyme(CK-MB) levels. We found that 1,6-diphosphate decreased the increasing levels of LDH, CK, and CK-MB after cardiopulmonary bypass. It is suggested that 1,6-diphosphate may attenuate myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injuries during cardiopulmonary bypass.
