卡托普利联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效

目的：探讨卡托普利联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：120例慢性心力衰竭患者平均分为治疗组和对照组,全部患者均给予卡托普利治疗,同时包括限盐、利尿、强心剂及扩血管药物综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予环磷腺苷葡胺,比较临床疗效。结果：规律治疗1个疗程后,两组患者治疗的总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但是治疗组显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者的不良反应发生情况无差异。结论：卡托普利联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭是安全、有效、理想的临床治疗方案选择。

Clinical study on treating congestive heart failure by Captopril and Meglumine Cyclic Adenosine

Objective：To explore the clinical effects on treating congestive heart failure by Captopril and Meglumine Cyclic Adenosine.Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all the patients were given the same comprehensive treatment,include restrictions on the use of salt,diuresis,cardiotonic and vasodilator.On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the treatment group was given Meglumine Cyclic Adenosine at the same time,and compared the clinical effect.Results：After one course of the treatment,total effective rate had no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）,but marked improvement rate in the treatment group was superior to those of in the control group（P0.05）,and there was the same adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion：Treating congestive heart failure by Captopril and Meglumine Cyclic Adenosine is safety and effective,ideal selection in clinical treatment.
