| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘是一种由多种细胞（如嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、气道上皮细胞等）和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。细胞因子在哮喘发病中起到了很重要的作用。本文就细胞因子的遗传多肽性与哮喘发病的相关性做一综述。

| Abstract: | Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways in which many cells(such as eosinophile,labrocyle,T lymphocyle,neutrophil and airway epithelialis) and cellular elements play a role.Cytokines plays an important role in the development of asthma.This article is to explain the relationship between cytokine gene polymorphisms and asthma. |
