| 摘 要： | 目的总结临床应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折的经验.方法1997年12月～2000年12月应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉内固定的方法治疗新鲜的股骨髁上骨折11例.结果11例骨折全部愈合.骨折愈合时间平均14周.无内外翻畸形发生.根据Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定,其中膝关节评分85～100分为优,70～84分为良好,60～69分为一般,小于60分为差.结果优8例,良2例,一般1例.差0例.优良率为90.91%.结论应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折是一个理想的方法,采用闭合复位内固定技术,更利于骨折愈合与膝关节功能恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective To review the use of intramedullary supracondylar nail (IMSC) in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fracture. Methods From December 1997 to December 2000.11 cases of fresh supracondylar fracture were treated with IMSC. Result All fractures were completely healed without introversion or eversion malformation and the time for fracture union averaged 14 weeks. The function of knee were evaluated according to the criteria of Lysholm. There were 8 assessed as excellent,2 as good and 1 as moderate. The rate of excellent and good results were 90. 91%. Conclusion Intramedullary supracondylar nail is suitable for the femoral supracondylar fracture. It is good for fracture healing and function recovery by close reduction and fixation. |
