| 摘 要： | 目的总结准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（1ASIK）后上皮植入发生的原因及治疗体会。方法对LASIK术后上皮植入143眼发生的原因及处理方法进行回顾性研究。结果显示LASIK术后上皮植入的发生与手术中操作不当密切相关。系统的药物和手术治疗能够有效地控制上皮植入的发展。结论规范的手术操作和正确的处理措施是防治LASIK术后上皮植入的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the reason and treatment melhod of epithelial implantation after Lasik. Methods The treating effect of 143 eyes epithelial implantation after Lasik were analysed retrospectively. Results The results showed that the epithelial implantation was closed related to incorrected surgery. Systemic medicine and operation could manage the development of epithelial implantation effectively. Conclusion The properly surgical techniques and treatment are effective methods to treat and prevent this complication after LASIK. |
