叶苷滴丸成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确立叶苷滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,从基质(聚乙二醇)、冷却剂(液体石蜡)的温度、提取物与基质的用量配比等方面进行选择。结果:最佳成型工艺为聚乙二醇4000、冷却温度10~15℃。结论:该工艺所得叶苷滴丸成型好、质量稳定、重现性好,可为叶苷滴丸的生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish an optimized preparation process for Yegan Drop Pills. METHODS: The orthogonal test was applied to the selection of basic substance ( polyglycol) , temperature of cooling agent ( usoline) , and ratio in quantity of the extract to the basic substance. RESULTS: The optimal preparation process is under the condition of using polyglycol 4000, and cooling temperature at 10~ 15℃ . CONCLUSION: The Yegan Drop Pills prepared by using the technique are good in shape, stable in quality and easy to replicate. The technique can provide reference for the manufacture of Yegan Drop Pills.
