早产儿早期口服妈咪爱及微量喂养临床观察

目的：观察早产儿早期口服妈咪爱及微量喂养的临床疗效。方法：早产儿66例，随机分为观察组36例，对照组30例。观察组生后24小时内开始口服妈咪爱0．5g，1天3次，温开水冲服，早产儿配方奶、母乳少量多次喂给，根据患儿的需要及喂养耐受情况逐渐添加奶量，最大奶量不超过20ml／（kg·d）。结果：观察组喂养不耐受4例，发生率11．1％；对照组喂养不耐受28例，发生率93．3％，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。对照组中呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留患儿均明显较观察组高（P〈0．05）。观察组胎粪完全排尽时间、恢复出生体重时间、达到完全喂养时间、出生第3天血清胆红素水平均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：早产儿早期口服妈咪爱及微量喂养能提高喂养的耐受性，有利于早产儿生长发育。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Oral Medilac-Vita and Small Amount of Feeding on Premature Infants

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of medilac-vita and small amount of feeding on premature infants at the early stage. Methods： A toatl of 66 Premature infants were randomly divived into the treatment group （ 36 cases ） and the control group （30 eases）. The treatment group was given 0.5 g of medilac-vita within 24 hours after born, tid, and was fed by small amounts of formula milk and several times of breast feeding. The feeding amount was adjusted by self-demand and tolerance and the maximum amount was no more than 20 ml/（kg, d）. Results：The intolerance rate was 11.1% （4/36） in the treatment group and 93.3% （28/30） in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. More vomitting, abdominal distension, gastric retension happened in the treatment group as compared to the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of meeonium completely passed,return to weight when born and achieving at fully feeding was shorter and the level of serum bilirubin on the 3rd postpartum day was higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：To give medilae - vita and small amount of feeding at the early stage ean improve the tolerance and be beneficial to the growth of of premature infants.
