2000～2003年陕西省麻风病康复综合防治报告

目的观察2000～2003年陕西省洋县、西乡县、宁强县和汉中疗养院现症、治愈麻风病人神经炎早期发现和治疗、自我护理、防护鞋的推广和使用、假肢维修和安装康复效果.方法 (1) 对现症病人进行定期的感觉和运动功能测定,对神经损害进行治疗,观察神经功能的改善程度;(2)对治愈病人进行感觉和运动功能的测定(以神经损害病例为对象);(3)对治愈病人进行自我护理的训练,督促他们养成自我护理的习惯,观察手足伤口的愈合和发生情况;(4)通过穿防护鞋,观察足底伤口和溃疡的发生情况;(5)对具有截肢适应症者进行截肢,在假肢安装前后训练他们进行功能锻炼,观察行走步态.结果 (1)观察27例现症病例,发现神经炎病人20例,其中13例通过强的松治疗神经功能得到改善;(2)857例病人接受了自我护理训练,其中,60.0 %的病人养成了自我护理的习惯,手足皲裂分别减少了98.9 %和90.4 %,手足溃疡分别减少了96.9 %和72.9 %,红眼人数减少了78.9 %;(3)为499例病人提供了3 000双防护鞋,麻木足皲裂和溃疡人数分别减少了89.6 %和71.4 %;(4)安装假肢13条.其中残端无伤口12人,5例病人行走步态正常.结论麻风康复工作切实可行,社会效益和经济效益明显.

Report on Effectiveness of Leprosy Rehabilitation and General Control in Shaanxi Province

Objective To observe the effectiveness of leprosy rehabilitation (neuritis, self-care, protective shoes, and prosthesis), implemented in Shaanxi Province from March 2000 to March 20003. Methods 1. Nerve function of active patients was detected and neuritis was treated with prednisone. 2. Nerve function of cured patients was detected. 3. Self-care training was implemented in cured patients and the habit of self-care was cultured. 4. Promotion of protective shoes. Results During 3 years, nerve function of 27 patients was detected, 857 patients received self-care, 499 patients wore 3 000 pairs of protective shoes,13 patients got prosthesis. After 3 years, 20 patients were found with neuritis, nerve function of 12 patients was improved. Patients of 60% formed the habit of self-care training. Crack of hand and foot decreased over 96.23% and 76.92, ulcer of hand and foot decreased over 91.67% and 54.43% respectively. Number of red eye decreased 67.14%. Conclusions All of these shows that leprosy rehabilitation is not only necessary, but also capable of doing and has social and economic effectiveness.
