丁咯地尔联合康复新液外用治疗糖尿病足30例疗效观察

目的观察丁咯地尔联合康复新液外用治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将58例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,均在控制饮食,严格控制血糖稳定基础上采用清创,抗感染,治疗组予丁咯地尔配合康复新液外用。结果治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组57.1%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组平均创面愈合时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论丁咯地尔联合康复新液外用治疗糖尿病足,可有效改善微循环障碍及神经病变,既能促进溃疡愈合又能缩短时间,值得临床上推广。

Observations on 30 case diabetic foot effectiveness using buflomedil combine with new surgical rehabilitation liquid

Objective To survey on diabetic foot effectiveness using buflomedil combine with new surgical rehabilitation liquid.Methods 58 diabetic foot patient were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 case and control group with 28 case.Beside injury clearing and anti-infection,To use buflomedil combine with new surgical rehabilitation liquid all base on diet control and glucostasis.Results Treatment group effective rate is 90.0%,control group is 57.1%,The total effective rate of treatment group is apparently higher than control group.The average healing time of surface of wound in treatment group is apparently lower than control group（P〈0.05）,The difference between different groups showed to be significant statistic difference level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using buflomedil combine with new surgical rehabilitation liquid to treat diabetic foot,microcirculatory disturbance and neuro-patholgical changes can be effectively improved,not only promote ulcer healing but also save much time.To deserve generalize clinically.
