18～35岁单纯性肥胖者颈动脉内中膜层厚度与QT离散度的相关性研究

目的：研究18—35岁单性纯肥胖者颈动脉内中膜层厚度（IMT）与QT离散度的关系。方法：对107例18—35岁成人测量身高、体重并计算体重指数（BMI），按BMI值将研究对象分为对照组、肥胖组，采用超声仪对两组成人颈动脉进行检测，检测QT离散度，分析两组间颈动脉IMT与QT离散度的关系。结果：与对照组比较，肥胖组IMT、QT离散度增大，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；肥胖组QT离散度增大者IMT异常检出的相对危险度增加，两者有明显相关关系（OR=17．85，P〈0．05）。结论：18—35岁成人单纯性肥胖者QT离散度增大与IMT异常检出有一定的关联性，QT离散度可作为单纯性肥胖者早期监测心血管疾病发生的指标之一

Relationship between carotid artery intimal-thickness and QT dispersion in 18 - 35 years old people with obesity

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between carotid artery intimal -thickness （IMT） and QT dispersion of young people aged 18-35. Methods A total of 107 young people aged 18 to 35 years were recruited in this research. According to their BMI, calculated as height and weight, all subjects were divided into normal group and obesity group. We measured the carotid IMT with two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and QT dispersion of all subjects. The correlations between the carotid IMT and QT dispersion of young people were analyzed in normal group and obesity group, respectively. Results Both IMT and QT dispersion of obese subjects were increased significantly compared with the normal subjects, （P 〈 0.05）. There were significantly positive correlation between IMT and QT dispersion （OR= 17.85, P 〈 0.05）. when QT dispersion 〉 50 ms, the incidence of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque increased. Conclusion There is certain relevance between increased QT dispersion and abnormal IMT in young people aged 18 - 35, QT dispersion can be one of early monitor index in avoiding cardiovascular disease in people with simple obesity
