非淋病性泌尿生殖道感染解脲支原体培养及其耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解广东地区非淋病性泌尿生殖道感染中解脲支原体(Uu)感染的现状及其耐药情况。方法:对1867例非淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染标本进行支原体培养鉴定、计数及药敏试验。结果:1867例中检出解脲支原体(Uu)阳性667例,阳性率35.73%,其中男24.46%(45/184),女36.96%(622/1683),两者有显著差异(P<0.01);12种抗菌药物中敏感性最高的是克拉霉素(89.15%)、美满霉素(87.00%)、强力霉素(86.00%)和四环素(81.80%),耐药性最高的是红霉素(58.30%)、环丙沙星(44.90%)和罗红霉素(37.70%)。结论:解脲支原体是引起非淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染的主要病原体之一,对其耐药性进行监测对指导临床用药、控制新耐药株的产生具有十分重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the infectious state of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and resistance to antibiotics of Uu.Methods:Totally 1867 specimens in the patients of NGU were collected,cultured and tested for drug sensitivity.Results:667 ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) stains were isolated from 1867 specimens.The positive rate was 35.73%.The positive rate of male patients was 24.46%(45/184) and the rate of female was 36.96%(622/1683),between which there was significant difference(P<0.01).Drug sensitivity results showed that ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) was susceptible to clarithromycin(89.56%),minocycline(87.11%),deoxycycline(86.11%) and ambramycin(81.63%),while it was resistant to erythromycin(58.17%),ciprofloxacin(44.46%) and roxithromycin(36.94%).Conclusion:Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) is one of most common pathogens of NGU.Its resistance monitoring has important significance in clinical treatment and control the development of drug-resistant stains.
