腹部横切口与纵切口对再次剖宫产术的影响

[目的]探讨不同术式的剖宫产术对再次剖宫产术的影响。[方法]对156例再次剖宫产术术中情况进行回顾性分析总结,对比开腹至胎儿取出时间、开腹出血量、腹壁及盆腹腔粘连情况,比较第一次剖宫产术不同术式对再次手术的影响。[结果]腹壁纵切口剖宫产术再次手术从手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、开腹出血量、腹壁及腹腔粘连程度与腹壁横切口剖宫产术比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]腹璧纵切口剖宫产对再次剖宫产影响小于腹壁横切口,严格掌握剖宫产指征,视具体情况选择最佳手术方案,对可能需再次手术的患者选择腹壁纵切口、子宫下段横切口剖宫产手术更适宜。

Effect of Abdomen Transverse and Longitudinal Incision on Re-cesarean Section

[Objective]To explore the effect of different operations on re-cesarean section.[Method]Make retrospective analysis and summary on 156 cases of re-cesarean section,compare fetus taking-out time,bleeding amount,abdominal wall and cavity viscidity,and observe the effect of first cesarean section on re-operation.[Result]There＇s marked difference of statistical meaning between both operations on the indexes above.[Conclusion]The longitudinal incision has less influence on re-cesarean section than transverse incision;strictly grasp cesarean section indication,choose best operation based on details;it is better to choose longitudinal incision and transverse incision of lower part of uterus for those needing second operation.
