注射用曲克芦丁与3种注射液配伍的稳定性考察

目的考察注射用曲克芦丁与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液及低分子右旋糖酐注射液配伍的稳定性。方法分别观察及测定配伍液在常温条件下、6h内的外观、pH值及不溶性微粒的变化，并采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量的变化。结果注射用曲克芦丁与3种注射液配伍后6h内其外观、pH值、含量均无明显变化，不溶性微粒的增加数也符合规定。结论注射用曲克芦丁与葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氧化钠注射浪及低分子右旋糖酐注射液在常温下、6h内可以配伍使用。

Study on the compatible stability of the troxerutin for injection and other 3 Injections

OBSECTIVE To study the compatible stability of troxerutin for injection when mixed with glucose and sodium chloride injection, compound sodium chloride injection and dextran 40 glucose injection. METHODS The appearance, the pit value and the insoluble particles of the mixture solution under room temperature within 6 hours were observed, the contents were determined by UV. RESULTS No significant changes were found in the appearance, the pH value and the contents of troxerutin in the mixtures ;The increase of the insoluble particles was in line with the specification stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSION Troxerutin for injection can be mixed with the glucose and sodium chloride, injection compound sodium chloride injection and dextran 40 glu- cose injection for use at a temperature within 6 hours.
