| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益胃化裁方汤剂与免煎颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:58例胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为三组,治疗1组19例采用益胃化裁方免煎颗粒口服,治疗2组18例采用益胃化裁方汤剂口服,对照组21例采用胃复春片口服,疗程均3个月。结果:治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组临床总有效率分别为89.47%、83.33%和85.71%;胃镜疗效总有效率分别为63.16%、55.56%和61.90%;病理结果总有效率分别为42.11%、38.89%和42.86%,三组三项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:益胃化裁方免煎颗粒、汤剂及胃复春片对胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效相当,以免煎颗粒剂组略优。免煎颗粒剂型不影响中药传统功效的发挥。 |
