血清、尿中日本血吸虫循环抗原水平动态的实验研究

本研究采用ＭｃＡｂ－Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ的方法，平行地对日本血吸虫病家兔血清和尿液中的日本血吸虫肠相关趋阴极抗原的水平动态进行检测。结果显示，家兔在感染血吸虫第４周后尿液中有２８．６％（２／７）可检出ＣＡｇ，１０至１２周达到高峰７１．４％（５／７）；血清中ＣＡｇ于感染后第２周可检出，８至１０周达到高峰，以后缓慢下降。提示家兔在感染１０周左右可能是尿液中ＣＡｇ检出的理想时期。

DYNAMIC CHANGES OF CIRCULATING ANTIGEN OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA IN SERUM AND URINE OF EXPERIMENTAL INFECTED RABBITS

McAb Dot ELISA has been used to parallelly detect the dynamic changes of circulatory cathodic antigen(CCA) of schistosomiasis japonica in serum and urine from experimental infected rabbits The results showed that 28 6%(2/7) of the rabbits were CAg positive in the urine 4 weeks after infection,and then reached their peaks 71 4%(5/7) by the 10th to 12th week after infection, while in serum, the CAg became positive by the 2nd week after infection, and the titers reached the peak by the 8th to10th week after infection, and afterwards, the titers slowly declined These hinted that the 10th week or so after infection might be the ideal time to detect the CAg in urine from the infected rabbits
