| 摘 要： | 对单纯肥胖症和 2型糖尿病患者及正常对照人群 ,测定其空腹血脂及促酰基化蛋白 (ASP)的水平。肥胖症患者和 (或 ) 2型糖尿病患者的ASP水平均高于正常对照者 ,脂代谢紊乱可能是ASP水平升高的原因。 |

| Abstract: | Fasting serum lipids and acylation stimulating protein (ASP) were determined in the patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The ASP levels in the patients with obesity and (or) type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than that in normal controls (all P<0.01). The disorder of lipid metabolism seems to be the cause of the elevated ASP level. |
