气温、气压改变与特发性气胸发病关系的研究

摘    要:目的 探查气温、气压变化对特发性气胸(ISP)发生的影响。方法 选取385例连续发生的ISP患者,患者未发生气胸前在苏州逗留时间≥1天。观察特发性气胸的发生有无集积性。分析月平均气温、气压差与月平均气胸发生例数的关系。了解全年及四季气温、气压变化在ISP日组和无ISP日组对ISP发生的影响。结果 ISP的发生有集积性,每年4、5、ll、12月相对较多。月平均气温差与月平均气胸发生例数呈直线正相关,在冬季ISP日组与无ISP日组比较中,当日最高气温与当日最低气温差、前一日最高气温与当日最低气温差在两组比较中有统计意义。结论 ISP的发生有集积性,气温的变化与ISP的发生有一定的联系。ISP发生集中在4、5、ll、12月,在此其间,应加强防治。

Abstract:Objective Toevaluatetheinfluenceofatmosphericpressureandairtemperatureonthe incidenceofidiopathicspontaneouspneumothorax(ISP) .Methods 385consecutiveISPcaseswere selected .PatientswereincludedafterbeinginSuzhouatleast 1fulldaybeforecontractingtheISP .The correlationtomeanmonthaveragechangesofatmosphericpressureandairtemperatureandmean monthcaseswasevaluated .DifferencesinairtemperatureandatmosphericpressureforthedaysofISP andthedayswithoutISPinthreeyearsandallseasonswererecordedtomeasureinfluencesofairtem peratureandatmosphericpressure .Results ClusteringofISPwasinexistenceinApril,May ,Novem berandDecember.Meanmonthaveragechangesofairtemperaturearelinearpositivecorrelativeto meanmonthcases .ThecomparisonsinthewintergroupsofdayswithISPanddayswithoutISPbe tweenthechangeofmaximaltemperatureondayofISPandminimaltemperatureondayofISPand thatofmaximaltemperatureondaybeforeISPandminimaltemperatureondayofISParestatistically significant.TherewasnorelationshipbetweentheoccurrenceofISPandthechangeofatmospheric pressure .Conclusions ISPoccursincluster .Meanmonthaveragechangesofairtemperaturearecor relatedtomonthmeancasesofISP .Airtemperaturedifferencestosomeextentinfluencetheoccur renceofISP .ThecasesofISParemoreinApril,May ,NovemberandDecemberthanthoseinother months.Itisessentialtopaymoreattentiontoprecautions and managements of ISP during these months.
