| 摘 要： | 目的评价中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法西药治疗组选用抗生素治疗和阴道侧穹隆封闭,中西医结合治疗组在此基础上加中药灌肠治疗。结果西药组的总有效率为96.7%。中西医结合治疗组的总有效率为97.8%,未发生严重不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗方法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Western medicine group was treated by antibiotics and close of vagina arched roof. The combined treating group was given with Chinese medicine enema too.Results Effective rate of Western medicine group was 96.7%.Effective rate of combined treating group was 97.8%.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of combined treatment group is significant and this method could be used in clinical treatment. |
