| 摘 要： | 应激是个体对面临的威胁或挑战作出适应和应对的过程。应激引起的防御反应是一种保护机制 ,不一定引起病理生理过程。但在慢性应激下 ,机体的防御反应处于慢性活动状态 ,将导致应激系统长期失调 ,对某些疾病的发生极其重要[1,2 ] 。近年来应激 (尤其心理应激 )在机体胰岛素抵抗 (ＩｎｓｕｌｉｎＲｅｓｉｓ ｔａｎｃｅ ,ＩＲ)发生中的作用开始受到关注。许多研究发现 ,心理社会应激作用于易感个体 ,常导致胰岛素抵抗的发生。ＩＲ指在相同条件下一定量的胰岛素(ＩＮＳ)得不到与正常人相同的反应 ,即机体靶组织器官对ＩＮＳ不敏感或ＩＮＳ作用…

| Abstract: | It has been reported that psychological stress plays an important role in the occurrence of insulin resistance(IR). Studying the mechanism of stress on IR may be useful to understand the pathophysiologic process underlying some diseases. It may also help to shed light on developing effective therapeutic methods. Major mechanisms discussed in this review include: (a) Activating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis; (b) Enhancing the chronic activation of sympathetic system; and (c) changing CNS chemical substances via immune system. |
