副鼻窦真菌感染的影像分析

目的 探讨副鼻窦真菌感染的X线征象与临床、病理联系，以及影像学检查在诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用。方法 对15例手术病理证实为副鼻窦真菌感染病例进行回顾性影像分析。结果 副鼻窦真菌感染的CT表现主要为窦腔内软组织密度影，内见钙化灶较具诊断意义，常见窦壁骨质增生，侵袭性病变可出现骨质破坏，可向面深部、颅内扩展。结论 普通X线检查对副鼻窦真菌感染的诊断特异性不高，CT可显示病变的微细结构，对本病的定位定性诊断有明显优势。

Radiological features of fungal sinusitis

Objective The features of X-ray and differential diagnosis of fungal sinusitis were discussed,including the correlation with clinical-pathologic changes and the role of sinography and CT. Methods The radiological features of 15 cases of fungal sinusitis confirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed. Results The CT findings mainly include soft tissue in the paranasal sinus,calcification,osteohyperplasia.Bone destruction also can be seen in the aggressive cases. Conclusion Routine X-ray is of less specificity.CT is more sensitive in demonstrating structural abnormalities,and is superior over the plain film in the final diagnosis and determination of the extent of lesion.
