| Abstract: | Health and longevity are the common, wish of mankind. The health care has a long history in TCM. It laid stress on the prevention of diseases, the attention to moral culture, the balance between exercise and rest, and the variation of seasonal cares. These were supplemented by medicines or aeupuncture and moxibus-tion. The about principles accord with the concept of returning to the nature and may positively promote the health care of mankind. |
