疏利降脂汤治疗脂肪肝45例临床观察

目的 观察疏利降脂汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 将75例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例予自拟疏利降脂汤口服；对照组30例予东宝肝泰3片，脂必妥3片，均每日3次口服。2组均2个月为1个疗程。分别观察2组治疗前后的临床症状、体征，检测血脂、肝功能及肝脏B超或CT形态学的变化。结果 治疗组总有效率91.1％，对照组总有效率66.7％，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜O.05）；治疗后治疗组的肝功、血脂及肝脏B超或CT形态学改变与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜O.05）。结论 疏利降脂汤治疗脂肪肝疗效确切，可明显改善肝功能、血脂及肝脏形态学变化。

Clinical Observation of Shulijiangzhi Decoction on 45 Patients with Fatty Liver

Objective To observe the clinical effect of shulijiangzhi decoction on fatty liver. Methods 75 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=30). Patients in the treatment group were administrated shulijiangzhi decoction. Patients in the control group were given dongbaogantai tablet and zhibituo tablet three tablets each time respectively, three times a day. Two months was a treatment period in both groups. The clinical symptom, physical sigh, laboratory test of blood fat and hepatic function, the liver ultrasound or CT were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment and control group was 91.1% and 66.7% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were significantly improvement of hepatic function, blood fat and the liver ultrasound or CT in treatment group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shulijiangzhi decoction has a good therapeutic effect on fatty liver.
