湖南省90年代膳食营养状况研究

目的：了解90年代我省城乡居民的膳食状况发展趋势，存在问题并探讨可行的干预措施。方法：收集居民有关经济，膳食结构及质量，人群营养健康状况资料并进行分析。结果：居民膳食构成不断优化，营养状况得到改善，但存在营养不良有，贫血等营养缺乏问题，同时有9％的人出现肥胖趋势，结论：改善营养状况需要政府各部门协同合作，关注重点人群及贫困地区。

Study of Dietary Pattern and Nutrition Status in 90's at Hunan Province

Objective To discuss dietary pattern and nutritional status of Hunan urban and rural residents in 1990's. Methods The data about economy,food quality,nutritional status of residents in 1990's was collected and analysed. Result Although food consumption pattern of residents had been changed, their nutritional status had gotten improved,malnutrition,aneamia were still nutritional problems,while 9percent residents were overweight at the same time. Conclusion It is needs for different government agencies cooperated togather,pay more attention on target growp and rural poor aveas to further improve their nutritional status.
