降压治疗对老老年高血压患者动态血压节律影响研究

目的:研究降压治疗对老老年高血压患者动态血压节律的影响。方法:167例老老年高血压患者被随机分为降压治疗组(吲哒帕胺,或培托普利治疗)和安慰剂对照组,对比治疗1年。所有病例在安慰剂洗脱2个月后和治疗1年结束时,分别2次接受24 h动态血压监测(ABPM),并进行统计分析。结果:对照组和治疗组治疗前动态血压各指标比较均无显著性差异,节律为非杓型。治疗组治疗后SBP、SBP-L和PP显著降低(P<0.01),且较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);收缩压夜间下降率(SBPF)和舒张压夜间下降率(DBPF)分别为(5.8±1.98)%、(6.4±2.11)%,较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),动态血压节律呈浅杓型。结论:降压治疗对于减轻老老年高血压患者的靶器官损害可能有重要意义。

Effect of anti-hypertension treatment on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure rhythm in very elderly hypertensive

Objective:To explore the effect of anti-hypertension about 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure rhythm in very elderly hypertensive.Methods:A total of 167 subjects were divided into two groups by randomization:anti-hypertension treatment group(treated with indapamide or perindopril) and placebo-control group(treated with placebo),respectively.All subjects were performed twice 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) at after 2 months placebo elution and one year treatment.Results:The blood fluctuating curves of treatment group and control group before treatment were non-dipper.The SBP,SBP-L and PP,DBP-L and MAP significantly decreased(P<0.01 or <0.05),after treatment in anti-hypertension treatment group and more than those of placebo-control group(P<0.01).Fall rate of SBP at night(SBPF) and fall rate of DBP at night(DBPF) in treatment group were more than control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure fluctuating curves of treatment group transferred to flat dipper after treatment.Conclusion:Anti-hypertension treatment may be possessed considerable significance for relive target organ damage in very elderly hypertensive.
