| 摘 要： | 目的 观察长托宁吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法 将住院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿89例,随机分为两组,对照组43例给予喘乐宁吸入治疗,观察组46例给予长托宁加喘乐宁吸入治疗.观察两组疗效及临床症状、体征持续时间.结果 长托宁加喘乐宁吸入治疗组疗效优于喘乐宁吸入治疗组(P<0.05).结论 长托宁加喘乐宁吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短病程,提高治愈率,是佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的有效药物.
