孕妇早产社会因素及后果分析

目的通过调查早产妇的基本情况以及早产婴儿的生存能力,探讨新形势下我国城市计划生育,优生优育工作面临的问题.方法通过病案信息库,收集早产妇的病案资料,分析早产妇的文化程度、是否接受过产前检查、营养状况等,跟踪调查这批早产婴儿的出生体重、治疗情况及死亡率.结果随着孕周增加早产发生人数逐渐增多,早产婴儿死亡率逐渐下降,早产婴儿死亡率与出生体重呈负相关.早产妇的血红蛋白、血浆蛋白水平均明显低于足月对照,差别有显著性.早产妇的基本构成(文化程度、产前检查、外地户口、职业),与足月对照比较,差别有高度显著性.结论早产妇的受教育程度,生活背景以及营养状况与早产有一定关系.早产婴儿生存能力与胎龄大小、出生体重有关.

Analysis on the social factors associated with the effects of premature birth and its results

Objective: To investigate the problems associated to the family planning in the city, due to analyzing the basic data of the maternity and the survival ability of the premature infants. Methods: The archival data of the premature birth were analyzed, especially on the education background, prenatal examination, nutrition situation and so on. The birth weight, therapy, mortality of the babies were followed up. Results: The premature birth rate was raised with the increasing of the gestational weeks. The death rate of premature birth infants was decreased with the gestational weeks. And the mortality of the premature babies was negatively associated with the birth weights. The hemoglobin and plasma protein level of the premature maternity were significantly lower than that of the control group. The socioeconomic status of the premature maternity were much worse than that of the mature maternity. Conclusion: The premature birth was associated with the socioeconomic status of the maternity. The survival ability of the premature infants were related to the gestational ages and their birth weights.
