| 摘 要： | 本文在白内障患眼手术前后应用国内研制的0.1%双氯芬酸钠滴眼剂(40例),同时用生理盐水设置对照组(30例),结果表明此药可以有效地防止术中瞳孔缩小及减轻术后的炎症反应,与对照组比较差异有显著性.且未发现严重毒副作用.

| Abstract: | Before and after the operation of cataract, 40 cases were treated with 0.1% diclofenac eyedeops and 30 cases of those were given with placebo eysdrops It showed that the diclofenac sodium eyedrops can prevent surgically induced miosis and the antiinflammatory effect of diclofenac was significantly better than that of placebo. |
