深圳市龙岗区10年住院病例疾病谱分析

目的了解深圳市龙岗区近年来居民的疾病谱变化，为管理层有效配置卫生资源提供决策依据。方法收集龙岗区10个镇的合作医疗住院报销资料、建库并进行统计学分析处理。结果呼吸系统、消化系统等疾病是龙岗区本地居民的主要住院病因，随着城市化进程的加快，与生活密切相关的心脑血管疾病和糖尿病的发病迅速增多。结论龙岗区在配置卫生资源时要继续完善一级医院功能，加大对社区健康服务网络的投入，以满足群众日益增长的基本服务需求．得到更高的经济效益与社会效益。

An Analysis of Diseases Distribution of The Past 10 Years Hospitalized Cases in Longgang District, Shenzhen City

OBJECTIVE By learning the state of diseases distribution of the past 10 years hospitalized cases in Longgang District of Shenzhen, the suggestion would be put to efficaciously configure the health resource. METHODS All of the hospital cases records related to reimbursement for the cooperative medical care were collected and the data base were analysed. RESULTS The morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes related to urbanized life style was increasing. In addition, respiratory system and digestive system diseases remained to be the important system and digestive system diseases remained to be the important reasons. CONCLUSIONS Longgang District needs to continuously improve the first-tier hospital's function and increase the investment to the community health service network to feed the population needs to the medical service on chronic disease and health care.
